I didn't realize there was a flight of stairs to our room, but the hotel's location is excellent for exploring the area. The service was very friendly, and the staff tended to our needs immediately. The dining experience was satisfying, offering a variety of traditional dishes. However, the room being in the annex felt like being in the basement.

I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had a formal setting with turn-of-the-century furniture, including a beautiful 4-post bed, which could be a bit difficult for some, but the meals were sophisticated, and the staff was always exceptional.

The service was exceptional, with the manager offering helpful suggestions and assistance throughout my stay. The location was ideal for exploring Charlottetown, close to downtown yet in a quiet area. The dining experience was delicious with a good variety of options, but it could have been improved given the type of accommodation. Overall, a great value for money with lovely facilities.

The hotel offers sophisticated meals in a formal setting with exceptional staff. The room change to a ground floor entrance was accommodated, although initially on the 2nd floor with stairs. The location is great for side trips and exploring Charlottetown, being quiet yet close to downtown. The dining was delicious, with comfortable beds, but some disappointment with 'Free' breakfast. Polite, friendly, and welcoming service was provided, including help with luggage up two flights of stairs.
